Babies (Czech: Miminka) is a series of sculptures by Czech artist David Černý. The first baby was displayed in Chicago in 1994. This baby is installed within the streets of Prague on a rooftop (I cannot recall what building). The original sculptures were installed on the exterior of Prague's Žižkov Television Tower as a temporary installation for the European Capital of Culture year. All facts from Wikipedia.
