This stone outbuilding in Mills Canyon, New Mexico, sits behind the Main House of what used ot be a stage stop on a cutoff for the Santa Fe Trail. Melvin Mills owned this enterprise, which consisted of a main house, bunk house, smithy, corrals and orchard. It was destroyed by flooding of the nearby Canadian River in the early 1900s.
