The lilac breasted roller is the national bird of Kenya. It is a beautiful and brightly colored bird. This particular bird sits on a snag in Tarangire National Park in Tanzania. Creative textures impart a dream like state to this bird in its natural color...perhaps the bird dreams of trees, or perhaps it is the viewer dreaming of the bird.
