What is the story? I don't know. I don't think this little guy ever saw the light of day. I believe it to be some type of raptor, taken from the shell, and left on the edge of a wooden pier. I saw no other birds around it, no animals, just this lifeless form on the pier. I honor it by acknowledging it. Life Abbreviated.
