Most views of the Sandia Mountains in Albuquerque, New Mexico are taken from the western side looking back to the east. This view from the north end of the mountains shows the sloping backside of the mountain, as well as the more craggy western slope.
Every time I try to describe what "type" of photographer I am, or what photography "means", I find the words are as fleeting as the perfect moment of light on a scene. I'm a native daughter of Michigan, now living in New Mexico. The two places are like apples and oranges. I love them both.
