I have always found the colors of autumn to be heartbreaking, but in a good way. It is as if nature has exploded in a way that my heart can't contain. These aspen are in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains on the way to the Santa Fe Ski Area. These colors are the apex of nature's palette.
