This sculpture of a female saint graces one of the outer walkways at St. Martin's Cathedral in Mainz, Germany. The angle of her gaze is one of reflection, thoughtfulness. Unfortunately, I do not know which saint this statue depicts. If anyone knows, please contact me.

This 1000-year-old Roman Catholic cathedral is the site of the episcopal see of the Bishop of Mainz.
