Boots can show a lot about the wearer...these boots saw a lot of miles, a lot of work, a lot of life. These boots, carefully placed under a bed, are displayed in a meteorologists's cabin at Sanson Peak, Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada. Norman "N.B." Sanson studied nature, temperature inversions, and Chinook winds at the top of the peak in the early part of the 20th century. He died in 1949, and his epitaph reads "Gone Higher".
