As the sun sets in near the small town of Coupeville, Washington, it is lightly caressed by the tip of a fir branch.
Coupeville is on Whidbey Island in the San Juans of the Pacific Northwest. Just northwest of Seattle, this sleepy little town retains much of its fishing village character.
